The reception is open daily from 7 am til 11 pm. If your check in is planned to be late at night, after 10 pm, we kindly ask you to let us know in advance by phone +49 (0) 30 / 881 54 29. Our staff speaks English, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian and Portugese languages.
